The honeybee wedding ceremony and reception venue

It's been a long time since my last update. I've been so busy on planning my wedding ever since the engagement. And the new semester in new school make me ever busier. however, no matter how busy I am, I really want to record the journey of our wedding.

It is 10 months before wedding on September 17, we managed to find both our wedding ceremony and reception venue. I felt lots of pressure during the time when we were looking for venues. Normally, wedding couples should arrange the venue one year before the wedding day. The reason for this is due to restaurants usually got fully booked in wedding season. In our case, we were looking for a house to rent for short term. Hopefully, this house can be big enough to host our wedding party and have enough space at the back yard to host our wedding ceremony. Unfortunately, this imagery house does not exist anywhere near Vancouver. So, we changed our plan. We settled for any places that allow us to have a private garden wedding and our guests can have a place to party and dance.

After two month of research and viewing, we finally found two places that can satisfy our need. We will have our ceremony in London Heritage Farm House in Steveston and our wedding reception in one of the halls in Coal Harbour Community Centre. The Farm house has a beautiful grass area with a gazebo on it. It will be perfect to set up aisle and chairs for ceremony. The reception hall has very open view of the harbour and Stanley Park. It is also the right size to accommodate our guests.

After we have settle the location, our next step will be looking into decor and catering.

Getting married is a very lengthy procedure and require lots of time, patient and effort. Some people may agree on not willing to go through the procedure doesn't mean two persons love each other less. However, for those who is willing to go through all these, they must love each other immeasurably. At least, this is how I feel.
